Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived into a musical family, 9 August 1993, in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is the cousin of daughter to singing superstar Dionne. Her first singing gig was in the choir of her church The New Hope Baptist Church in Newark in the early years of her childhood and at 15 was singing backing vocals professionally alongside the mother of her on Chaka Khans 1978 hit Im Every Woman. Later, she provided backing vocals to Lou Rawls & Jermaine jackson and even her mother. Her work as the lead vocalist in New York funk group Material caught the eye of big record companies, like Arista who she signed in 1982 and stayed the rest of her career. The first Whitney Houston album was released in the year 1985. It became one of the most successful albums by an artist. The album contained several hit songs such as How Will I Know You Give Good Love, Saving all My Love For you and The greatest Love of All. It was instrumental in her achieving seven US charts-topping singles in a row, a feat that surpasses the Beatles. The album sold 3 million copies during its first album's first year of release in the US and went on to achieve a worldwide sales of 25 million, earning them the first six Grammies. The Whitney album from 1987, featuring the tracks I Wanna Dance With Somebody and Where Do Broken Hearts Get to and continued to be a huge success. However, it was The Bodyguard of 1992 that turned her into one of the top-selling musicians in recent history. The movie and her role as a character was not appreciated, but the soundtrack and her rendition of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was a hit for a few months at the top of the charts. In all, she sold nearly 44 million singles and albums worldwide. That same year she was married to Bobby Brown who was a previous New Edition singer. She had their sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. They were married in March 1993. Around this time that her much documented substance abuse began. By 1996 she was an everyday drug user.

Dana Bash, also known by the name Dana Ruth Schwartz, is an American anchorwoman and journalist who is a correspondent for politics for CNN. In the past, she has been the producer of shows on the network such as Evans & Novak' Late Editionas well as Inside Politics'. When it comes to awards and honors Bash has been featured in Women in Washington Power List which was published by Elle magazine. She's known for her incredible anchoring/reporting abilities and she's admired by young journalists. Additionally, she is a loving mother of her son, despite having graduated of George Washington University. She's got married twice. She's currently unmarried. Bash, a woman who enjoys being determined and independent and strong, loves her admirers. This is the reason the American journalist has a presence in social media sites such as Instagram as well as Twitter where keeps her admirers up to date on the happenings that happen in her life.
